Company Minutes

Upon the ends of fiscal year or making dicision about an important matter, a Japanese company holds shareholders meeting. And minutes must be prepared about the meeting.

Minutes have to contain matters specified in the Japanese laws and regulations.

We can prepare minutes of your company both in Japanese and English as necessary.

Other than shareholders meeting, other organs inside company or legal entity, like board of directors or other comittees, need to prepare it also.



Business License

It require license to do some kind of businesses. Each business has its requirement. So it's important to check it before you start it.

License - Competent department of Japanese government
Restaurant, Bar or Cafeteria - Health Center
Bar (which is open after midnight) - Police Station
Trading second hand goods - Police Station
Construction business - Prefecture
Real estate broker - Prefecture



Inheritance

Depending on the nationality of ancestor, applicable laws are different.
Also depending on the nationality of heir, required document or certificate is different.

Maybe it's difficult for people who is not lawyer to understand it all and do it by themselves.


Ex. Real Estate Registration, Receive money from ancestor's bank account or Life insurance




Last Will and Testament.

Last will and testament is not only to send your message to your family.

You can decide successor of your property. This is also a preparation to avoid conflict between heirs.

It's easier to inherit legacy in Japan with will written in accordance with Japanese law. If you have real estate in Japan, it's better to make make it for your successor.

There are 2 types of will in Japan, notarized one and autographed one.
You have to fill in and specify required matters in your last will to make it work right way.
